Our Policy

With more new visitors every day, NOW is the time to secure your advertising rates for the year. That's right, if your company or business serves a niche market that deals with the food industry, particularly vegetarian, vegan and raw food, you can advertise on NJR and secure your rates for an entire 12 months. The niche markets we serve also include animal welfare and eco-friendly living. See our rates on the next page...but first, look over our advertising policy.


POLICY

• Paid advertising may be placed in the right column or center(determined by the agreement).
• Paid advertisements will appear site wide on content pages only and not on affiliate pages.
• We may not accept all paid ads. Your ad and your website will be screened for suitability and relevance to the NJR site concept.
• Ads of an adult nature or ads that link to sites of an adult nature will not be accepted.
• Advertising will not be scheduled for inclusion until the required deposit has been received and cleared and ad graphics have been approved.
• All paid ads are for a minimum period of six months** and a 50% deposit must be paid in advance.

Both Text and Graphics may be included in the ad. The graphics must be the property of the advertising client and free to use in the ads.

Ads may be designed by the client and emailed to NJR or the client may elect to have NJR design the ad. However, the following restrictions are currently in place for ALL ads:

• graphic file names must end in .jpg (.JPG in capital letters or .jpeg will not be accepted. gif files may be accepted but should be cleared in advance)
• graphics files must be less than 100kB in size
• graphics must have alt tags and width and height dimensions specified in the code. (sample code img style: alt="My Image" width="100" height="120"
  Height and width dimensions cannot exceed the size specified in the ad rate agreement but can be smaller.
• clickable images are allowed as long as they click through to the same website as approved for the ad
