
Broccoli Salad Mediterranean
Ingredients
1 small to medium head fresh broccoli, chopped (mostly florets)
1 (6.5 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, sliced
1 (6 ounce) cans jumbo black olives, sliced
2 large plum tomatoes, chopped
1/2 large red onion, chopped
1 small to medium bunch green onions, chopped
Drizzle with our Italiano Classico dressing (below) or your favorite
How we make it
Combine the broccoli, red onion, olives, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and green
onions in a large bowl.
Add the dressing, toss to coat completely, cover and refrigerate for at least
2 or 3 hours before serving.

Italiano Classico Dressing
Ingredients
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dry italian seasoning
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp. EVOO
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. chopped, green onion
1 tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
fresh ground black pepper to taste
2 tsp. dijon mustard (optional)
Whisk and chill. serve with green or vegetable salads.
