Egg, Toast and Fruit may seem rather simple but this quick, easy breakfast is a great way to get off to a good start in the morning - especially if you're pressed for time. Make the eggs the night before and place them in the refrigerator Then, in the morning - you're good to go!
Ingredients:
1 hard-boiled egg(sliced)
1 slice of whole wheat or rye toast
1 tbsp. Vegenaise (mayonaise substitute)
Sliced fruit of your choice
1. Spread Vegenaise on toast. Top with sliced egg.
2. Serve with fruit.
