Articles and resources for vegetarian diets

There is a lot written about food and diet. Obviously, since this is a vegetarian website and we try to promote a healthy lifestyle through eating vegetarian, vegan or raw and living foods we contribute to the discourse.

In doing our research we strive to get reliable information from a variety of sources. We read government and institutional reports and we look to those in the field of nutrition as well as those who take a holistic approach to healthy diets in general.

In this section we have assembled some of the best articles from a variety of those sources. As always, please feel free to drop us a note to let us know what you think about any of our articles or other information. Send us one of your favorite recipes. Share a health and diet related story with us. Or simply tell us what you would like to see on the site. Browse the articles from the links below. They're informative and interesting.
