Oat and Ragi Porridge
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup ragi flour
1 cup water or milk
Salt
Black pepper
Slice of cedar cheese
Method
1. In a pot, add oat and water and bring it to boil.
2. Once the oats are cooked sprinkle the ragi and give it a good mix.
3. Quickly lower down the heat and add salt, pepper.
4. Serve it hot with slice of cheese.
