recently completed the 21 day cleanse. However, it wasn't Oprah's celebrity that caused us to look into the subject. As longtime advocates of a healthy plant-based diet we also realized that at times we simply weren't eating right. Sugar, caffeine and a host of other things have contributed
to various issues such as low metabolism and weight gain. We wanted to feel better.
So what is the The 21-Day Quantum Wellness Cleanse? Kathy says it “is nothing like those punishing fasts I tried for all those years. It is extremely simple and nutritionally sound. In fact, it is more a healthy way of living than it is a harsh or difficult discipline. It’s about choosing foods that don’t tax the body and make it work so hard; it’s about taking a break but not about starving.”
Of course the recipes are plant-based, but they are also gluten free as well as having many other benefits. Kathy enlisted the expertise of plant-based Chef Tal Ronnen and his associate Chef Lex Townes to come up with satisfying vegan meals without sugar or gluten.
