Raw-Vegan Apple Crisp

A friend made this for me today, it was so good. I was surprised at how much it was like traditional apple crisp without being baked, and how fast and easy it came together as a great snack or guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients
3 or 4 sweet apples
1 lemon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. raisins
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 tsp agave, maple syrup, or honey for non vegan
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
Method
Wash the apple and chop into small pieces, leaving the skins on. Squeeze the lemon juice over over the apples and set aside.
Combine the walnuts, oats, raisins, cinnamon, and salt. Drizzle with olive oil and agave. Toss to coat well.
Arrange the apples in a nice dish. Sprinkle the crumble mix on top. Serve immediately.
