Rogelio's Guac
Ingredients
4 Ripe Avocados
8 oz. Philadelphia Chive and Onion
Cream Cheese
2 jalapeņo peppers
2 Serrano peppers
1 cup pico de gallo (can use
pre-made, store bought)
2 Fresh limes
How we make it
1. Slice all avocados in half,
remove pits and scrape into a bowl.
Mash avocados until smooth.
2. Add 8 oz. Of Philadelphia chive and
onion cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
3. Finely chop two jalapeņo peppers and
two Serrano peppers and add to avocado
mixture.
(Use less peppers for less heat).
4. Add 1 cup of pico de gallo (pre-made is
fine)to the mix.
5. Stir well until the guacamole is the consis-
tency you like.
6. Squeeze in two fresh limes.
7. Salt to taste.
Hint: The limes help keep the guacamole from browning. Including two of the avocado pits will also help.
