Summer Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

1 green pepper, seeded and cut into smallish pieces
1 red pepper, seeded and cut into smallish pieces
1 large rib celery, sliced
1 large cucumber, peeled and quartered lengthwise and then sliced kinda thick
1 large carrot, cut into coins
1/2 lb spinach, chopped
Ranch dressing

Method

Combine prepared vegetables and toss with ranch dressing to lightly coat. You don't want too much dressing dripping all over the place. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
