Summer Yogurt Salad

Ingredients

1/4 pineapple – cut into preferred size
1 medium size cucumber – cut into preferred size
1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger paste
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 9 (if available)
Bunch of Fresh Mint or coriander
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Salt or lemon juice

Method

1. In an electric grinder pour the yogurt and add mint and grind for few seconds only.

2. Pour it into a bowl, pour the mix, add garlic paste and cumin powder blend them well.

3. Add the pineapple and cucumber give a good mix.

4. Add salt or lemon juice if needed for taste
