Tofu Mushroom Salad
1 large tofu – cut into cubes
10 button mushroom – cut into halves
5 cloves minced very finely
5 almonds made into paste (soak first)
Olive oil
Black or red pepper (if desired)
Salt
Lemon juice - few drops
Method
1. Grill tofu with sprinkle of salt and little olive oil until golden brown.
2. Lightly grill mushrooms.
3. In a bowl add minced garlic, almond paste, salt and pepper and mix well. Add the grilled tofu and mushrooms and give it a good mix.
4. If needed add few drops of lemon juice.
