Vegan Pepper Steakless

Ingredients

1 Onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 stalk celery, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp, freshly grated ginger (or 1/4 tsp. dried)
3 Tbsp. light soy sauce sauce
1 c. boiling water
1/2 Edward&sons NOTBeef cube
1 tbsp. corn starch
2 cans red or kidney beans, drained

Method

Dissolve beef bouillon in boiling water. Set aside.

Saute onion, celery, garlic, and ginger in oil until fragrant. Add bell peppers and cook for 30 seconds more.

Combine dissolved bouillon water, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add to pan and cook until thickened.

Add beans and heat through.

Serve over rice
